Little Rock Heating & Air Conditioning Maintenance Plan

Air Conditioning Maintenance

We are sometimes asked, “Is an AC tune-up necessary?” Your cooling and heating system is a major investment for your home and your comfort. After years of experience, we strongly recommend having your air conditioning system inspected and preventative maintenance performed each season to keep your system running right year round.

Regular air conditioner maintenance can pay big dividends in improved system performance and reduced energy costs. It can also help to extend the life of your system parts and equipment, as well as help to prevent costly and inconvenient breakdowns.

What’s included in an AC tune-up? A complete Central One Service LLC tune-up includes all these services for one low price:

  • Connect gauges and check operating pressures
  • Record liquid line and suction line pressures
  • Check for signs of refrigerant leaks
  • Check all motor amperage draws
  • Record temperature differential across evaporator coil
  • Check evaporator suction line temperature
  • Lubricate moving parts as applicable
  • Check belts and adjust tension, if needed
  • Check pressure cutout settings

Heating Maintenance

Your heating system is a major investment for your home and your comfort. With so much at stake, seasonal heater and furnace tune-ups are worth the expense when compared to the alternative of having to replace the entire unit.

  • Check and adjust thermostat

  • Check fan control
  • Record temperature rise
  • Check complete heating cycle
  • Check electrical wiring connections and insulation
